How do I pay?
We require a 50% deposit when you order. The balance is required on completion of the order. We accept payment by cheque (payable to Bella Cards) or cash.
Can you change the designs to fit in with my colour scheme?
Yes and at no additional charge. If you send a fabric swatch we will match the colour as close as possible. If you choose a rose design you can choose from any of our 20 available colours.
I don't see quite what I am looking for. Can you combine two different designs?
We offer a bespoke service normally at no additional charge to the price bands. We can combine designs or design from scratch. Let us know your ideas and we will try to accommodate them. There's no harm in asking.
Why do the invitations come in boxes and will it cost more?
All our Day and Evening Invitations come in boxes at no extra cost. This is to help protect the cards in the post. They fall into the same postal category as using an envelope with the cards, so why not have them boxed. You can also fit in additional information like rsvp cards, maps and any other information your guests may need.
Can you do my invitations in French?
We are happy to produce invitations in several different languages at no extra cost. All we ask is for you to supply the text translation.
How much time do you need to make the invitations?
We advise that invitations should be sent between 12-6 weeks prior to your wedding day. Allow a minimum of 14 weeks from the first stage of sample requesting to sending out invitations to the wedding day. Invitations ordered 14 weeks before your wedding date will be ready to send 6 weeks before the day. It is advisable to allow more time for you guests.
