Sample Request
Simply look at all the designs and information on the web site and if you have any questions give us a call or email bev@bellacards.co.uk. You can request a sample of any one of our wedding invitation designs. Please use the names provided by each of the designs. Sample wedding invitations are available free of charge. Samples are limited to two designs only. Sample cards are normally sent within 14 days but this may take slightly longer during our busy season.
Ordering
When you are ready to order and have agreed the details of your ceremony, venue and reception, please send your exact requirements in writing on the order form supplied with your samples or by email. Ensure exact spelling. Please note it is important to obtain permission to use any hymn, poem or piece of music still under copyright.
A 50% deposit is required when placing your order. Once we have received your order and payment, we will send you a proof copy of each item ordered for your approval. Check the details carefully (wording, font, colour and spelling) making any amendments on the proofs. Once you are happy, please confirm by e-mail or in writing by signing the confirmation slip sent with the proofs. Once received we shall commence your order. Proofs will be sent within 14 days.
After we have received confirmation and amendment to the proofs we will start your order. We advise that invitations should be sent between 12-6 weeks prior to your wedding day. Allow a minimum of 14 weeks from the first stage of sample requesting to sending out invitations to the wedding day. This will only give you a month and a half between sending out the wedding invitations and the wedding day. It is advisable to allow more time for you guests.
You may wish to order extra day and evening invitations to allow for any mistakes that may be made when completing cards and addressing boxes.
Final payment is required before delivery of your order. You will be contacted when your order is ready.
Rush orders maybe available but will have to be discussed directly and will require full payment in advance. Please contact us to discuss this.
