Terms and Conditions
A 50% deposit is required when placing your order. Payments by cheque only please. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. Cheques should be made payable to Bella Cards. The remaining balance will be due before your order is dispatched.
Prices include invitation postal boxes or envelopes and inserts.
All card designs are covered by copyright.
There is no minimum order quantity or value.
Please note that it is important that you obtain permission to use any hymn, poem or piece of music still under copyright. Bella Cards assumes that you have gained this permission where necessary and accepts no responsibility or liability. If you would like some advice on whether you need copyright please contact us.
Please note that products are individually handcrafted and there may be some small differences between each item. This may include slight variations in the measurements, positioning of decoration, or slight batch colour variation. All efforts will be made to ensure exact matches throughout your order.
Prices do not include postage. Orders are sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery. All postage is determined by size, weight and destination of your order to the value of £15 per parcel sent, with any additional postage costs being covered by Bella Cards. (Prices apply to mainland UK and Northern Ireland only)
Postage and packaging is free on all orders over £300, after any applicable discounts have been applied. Orders are split into stages and postage is charged at each stage until the order value of £300 is reached. Any incurring postage charges are deducted on your final invoice. (Stage one - save the day, invitations and R.S.V.P. cards. Stage two - order of service, menus, place names, table plans etc. Stage three - photo albums and thank you cards.)
Personalised wedding stationery is printed to meet your exact requirements and therefore cancellations will have to be paid for in full.
Rush orders may be available, but will have to be discussed directly and will require full payment in advance. Please contact Bella Cards as early as possible to discuss this.
